Retail Assistant/Cashier
Essential Health Pharmacy Group is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Assistant/Cashier to join its Bergrivier branch in Wellington. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a retail environment, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The successful candidate will assist customers on the shop floor, handle transactions at till points, and help maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked store environment. As the first point of contact for many customers, you will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. The role also requires accuracy when handling cash, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Candidates with previous retail pharmacy experience will have an added advantage, although motivated entry-level applicants who meet the minimum requirements are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers on the shop floor and at till points

- Prevent stock loss and shrinkage

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Must be bilingual
