Boxer Superstores is inviting applications for its 2026 SETA-Funded Graduate Programme. The programme offers recent graduates an opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience within one of South Africa’s leading retail chains. Based at Boxer Head Office in Westville, Durban, the programme will commence on 1 August 2026 and run for a period of 12 months in partnership with the Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&R SETA). Successful candidates will gain practical exposure to the retail industry while working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to meaningful business projects.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the programme, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens
- Hold a completed Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Have no more than two years of work experience
- Be currently unemployed
- Be available to commence the programme on 1 August 2026
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop within a retail environment
