Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Butchery Manager
- Willingness to transfer between stores
- Ability to work in cold, wet conditions (freezers, production areas)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily butchery operations and staff
- Control shrinkage, damages, and stock wastage
- Ensure high hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Order and manage stock levels efficiently
- Plan and execute sales promotions
- Cut, debone, and prepare all types of fresh meat and fish
- Operate equipment (band saw, vacuum machine, mincer, etc.)
- Maintain cold chain and temperature compliance
- Interact with customers in a professional, service-oriented way
- Perform receiving duties and quality checks on stock
The role requires flexibility and willingness to relocate or transfer between stores as needed. You may be assigned additional duties from time to time based on operational needs.
